Bob will always keep in touch with the family once they meet them until the day of the funeral service. My wife and I will always sit at the back of the Crematorium or a private venue, and Bob can be heard clearly, understandable and will put a meaning in the tribute, which is essential. The family will also be handed a copy of the script that was used at the service after leaving the Crematorium. I have no problem using Bob and recommending him to other funeral directors."
